森さんちの家計簿 利用規約
1. 受諾
1.1 森さんちの家計簿（以下、「当アプリ」）の利用は、本利用規約（以下、「本規約」）に同意することを前提とします。本規約は、ユーザーと森公認会計士事務所（以下、「当社」といいます）との間の法的な契約を構成します。
2. サービスの利用
2.1 ユーザーは、当アプリを利用する際にすべての適用法律を遵守することに同意します。
2.2 当アプリの利用は、当アプリの提供する機能に従い、利用者自身の責任で行われるものとします。
3. ユーザーアカウント
3.1 当アプリを利用するには、ユーザーアカウントの作成が必要です。ユーザーは、アカウント情報の正確性を維持し、他者にアカウントを貸与または譲渡してはいけません。
3.2 ユーザーは、自身のアカウントにおける一切の活動に責任を負います。
4. 禁止事項
4.1 ユーザーは、以下の行動を禁止します。
- 不正なアクセス、ハッキング、データの改ざん
- 法律に違反する行為
- 他者のプライバシー侵害
5. サービスの変更と中断
5.1 当社は、事前の通知なしに当アプリの提供を変更、中断、または終了する権利を有します。
6. 免責事項
6.1 当アプリを利用することにより生じた損失、損害、または問題に対して、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
6.2 当アプリは、ユーザーに家計管理の支援を目的として提供され、税務や法的なアドバイスを提供するものではありません。当社は、ユーザーが税金や法的な責任を理解し、適切に処理することを推奨します。
7. 広告付き無料版（mini版）に関する追加規約
7.1 mini版の利用には、広告が表示されることがあります。ユーザーは、広告表示を許可することに同意します。
7.2 広告は第三者の広告パートナーにより提供され、当社は広告の内容や品質について一切の責任を負いません。
7.3 mini版においては、一部の機能が制限されている場合があります。制限された機能の詳細については、当社の公式ウェブサイトをご確認ください。
8. 本規約の変更
8.1 当社は、本規約を変更する権利を有します。変更がある場合は、ユーザーに通知することがあります。
